Is anyone taking their sweetie out tonight for Valentines day?

As for us, we have a concert planned tomorrow, so that will be our Valentines day.

Are you celebrating tonight, saving it for the weekend, or is Valentines day just another day of kids driving you nuts?

I forgot my anniversary several years ago (yes, I still get periodic reminders), now I make sure that we do something together for Valentine's Day and our Anniversary. So, we are doing a dinner tonight and a movie over the weekend (we're both Die Hard fans).

My husband's birthday was yesterday, so we always celebrate a combo on his birthday. Less crowds and stuff. We went out to the local fancy Italian place last night and tonight we will enjoy leftovers. My Valentine's present to him every year is that he doesn't have to do anything for me, although he usually gets me flowers anyway :)

We celebrate V-day from time to time, but usually wait until the 16th - when I proposed to her.

Now, if I'd been smarter when I was 18, I would have proposed on the 14th.

Of course.

It's already done. Flowers delivered yesterday with a note: "I don't need a day to tell you I love you". :)

Dinner date tonight after work. Yes, it's Hallmark, but like I said above, every day is a Valentine's Day. At least it should be.
