You probably won't hear anything from the company. Sometimes tracking info just doesn't show up online. Sometimes the shipping method is just wonky, sometimes someone on the mailer end screws up and doesn't scan it, and then all future scans don't read. Or something.

Also, make sure you're checking the right tracker. I would enter the tracking number into the tracker for a package and it never updated. The day before it arrived, I realized I was using the wrong site.

Still, with 1saleaday, their shipping is super slow. If it shipped on the 9th, I'd guess it should be to you by Friday at the latest. Sucks that you can't track it, but that just happens sometimes.

Depending on their shipping process this can be anywhere from sent same day, to a week from now. The only thing that the e-mail you received tells you is that the shipping label has been created, nothing more.

While the community here can help you with their experience, your first stop when you have an issue with another site should be that website's customer service/support team. If that fails AND it was a Sponsored Deal here at woot, the woot staff might be able to help. If that fails and it WASN'T a sponsored deal here, then feel free to post a warning about dealing with a company that you feel treated you unfairly.

@jesusscholar: That's unlikely to happen unless you entered the address wrong or have met a bunch of black cats lately. Even if it happened, tracking wouldn't help you at all. I shipped out a book once on ebay and I guess it fell off the cart or something at the USPS center? The buyer contacted me when they hadn't gotten the book and I saw where the tracking info had stopped. I contacted USPS about it and was essentially told to put it where the sun don't shine. They're not going to put in the effort to try and find something in a shipping center

Just wanted to give an update. I filed a dispute through payapl and the item magically shipped the next day. I received it yesterday. Thank you all for your help.
