I just got back from deployment and was wondering if there has been any deals on Black Ops 2.

It's too new. $1 off isn't a deal, and for XBox or PS3 it hasn't been cheaper than about $59 yet. There's a good chance it will go down after Christmas, particularly with the mediocre reviews. I personally highly recommend it.

It's CoD. It won't drop for a while unfortunately.
Glad I got mine from Gamefly as it isn't very good IMO. Story is just so out there and the MP is a campfest.
Pick up the Premium Edition of Battlefield 3. It's the game and all the DLC including the upcoming End Game in Feb.

Probably won't find one now. Best deal was some pre-order deals, months ago. That's what I did. Still, to me, worth the price since I enjoy Black Ops. Not sure why people call things "campfests". The alternative is "run around in harms way-fest", which isn't a good tactic in war. Achieving your objective while dying the fewest times possible, is.

If I see a deal, I'll let you know. If you happen to see one for Far Cry 3, let me know :-) I missed the pre-order deals.

Thanks guys. I just ordered it with assassins creed 3 with toys r us's deal buy one get one 50% off. That made them each $45. Plus you get 10% back right now on all purchases with toys r us mastercard. I figured that would be the best deal I would find.

Not likely to be any soon. If you wait a bit the PC version will come down first, but don't expect the Xbox or PlayStation version to reach $50 before February.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
