TOTALLY. I can't help but feel a little smug when I see some chump pay more than what I paid for any item. I'd have to say that Woot has helped me save quite a few dollars I wouldn't have otherwise.

It serves as a reminder how many people don't necessarily look for deals. They pay full price without even thinking about it, even though money is not growing on their tree.

I like the fact that things are available for me if I have to have them immediately. But, if I am willing to wait, I can find very specific items for significantly less than MSRP. When I do get a good deal, I am usually very happy about it.
The other hand is, I feel like a cheap wad when I am scrounging for ways to save a few extra pennies.
If it is an exact item that is way below MSRP then I am excited, but searching all over just to save 5% makes me feel stupid for wasting my time.

Yes! Most of the deals I post are things I was surfing around for anyway, so to be able to find them at a lower price/free shipping/gift card with purchase is great.

I'm so bad...presents were opened early this year and I had left the price tags on the clothes in case they needed to be returned. I found myself glancing at the retail prices and doing a mental fist pump "Hah! I got that $50 Nike Hoodie for $25..That Docker shirt was $16 on sale, who would pay $44 for that?".

My son told me his friends got iPod Touches for Christmas and all I could think of was " I got that at Target for $135 ($175 w/$40 gift card included with purchase). Those fools paid $190. Hah!".

It's nice to save money. Thanks Woot!
