Sounds like Dillyeo. Why I refuse to buy anything from them anymore.
Not always will the person getting "paged/tagged/etc" in the question get e-mailed. So I will invoke them here: @dillyeo.
Maybe going into detail of the situation and asking @jumbowoot for help can assist you even further.

I can tell you from experience they NEVER answer emails. Good luck with the phone.
I'd call my credit card company and let them deal with it. Then quickly slap myself for ever buying anything at Dillyeo.

Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam.
I purchased one of their "mystery boxes" and it said it would be shipped out by 48 hours after purchase. A week goes by, nothing. Two weeks go by and I try and contact them. Nothing. I give it a couple more days and I email both brad@dillyeo and support@dillyeo. No response from either.
So what to do next? Contact paypal to set up a dispute. Of course as soon as I do this they move my order from processing to complete. They gave a tracking number to paypal...
Which would be good right? Wrong.
I ordered something from tanga.com as well around the same time and they just used the tracking number for that for paypal. No response and now paypal said they are favoring on their side because the 'order' was delivered even though it wasn't even from their website. Down $23.95...
I have written them 3 times via email since May 6th and still have not gotten a response. I am going to try emailing them at the CS@DILLYEO.COM address to see if that works. Otherwise, I am going to return the itemto them at their address in Chicago, Illinois.
I hoep you eventually get your answer...it is ridiculous what they put your through.
