Nothing to crazy but for a mac

You don't say which mac, and you don't say how much money is too expensive.

@prettywootprincess: male or female? laptop or workstation? used for crazy stuff like skype, or just to hang out? Built in mic or not?

How do you know that the mac in question doesn't already have a builtin webcam? Sometimes they do (if it's a laptop).

@prettywootprincess: I see that both your choices had a built-in mic, so I'm thinking that was deliberate. I like the one that's on Overstock (in your initial link). Please note the the stripped down one I posted has no mic.

McCally is pretty good on the mac side. I have a USB floppy drive (don't ask), and it's just been rock solid. I'm also a big fan of Logitech, but since my main platform is FreeBSD, that shouldn't necessarily be your first choice.

It's for a Laptop I am thinking the McCally cause its pretty (IceCam), I worked for Best Buy and I'm ok with their Dynex brand but its not as cool looking. I would say no more the $50 but idk.

Oh its for simple web caming I think like yahoo or whatever Mac's use. I know they wanna use MSN messenger but can you on a Mac?
