If you purchased directly from any of the woot sites and are merely having Buyer's Remorse, I am afraid you are out of luck. As stated in the woot FAQs:

Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?
Not quite. If you buy something you don't end up liking or you have what marketing people call "buyer's remorse," sell it on Craigslist or at a garage sale. It's likely you'll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle. If the item doesn't work, first, find out what you're doing wrong. Yes, we know you think the item is bad, but it's probably your fault. Google your problem, or come back to that product discussion in our community and ask other people if they know. Try to call the manufacturer and ask if they know. If you give up and must return it to us, then follow on to the next FAQ entry.

I am sorry to hear your wife wasn't interested. You sound like a thoughtful husband.

As @lavikinga said, buyers remorse is a no-go on Woot. If you did not buy this directly from Woot but instead purchased it from a deal you saw here on deals.woot, contact the website you purchased from directly. They may have a different policy.

sounds like you should have bought your wife a vacuum cleaner or an iron.

It'd be easier to find a new wife than to return something you don't want to woot.

This is why you should only buy from Amazon and not Woot.

You can get a partial refund, but only by listing the item on eBay. eBay is the return processing center I use for all kinds of things.
