What is a good camera to stream live events?

Hello -

I could use some advice. I'm looking to set-up a camera to stream live events... the events would mostly be large conference room / speaker and audience type of events.

Would you recommend a USB or Firewire for streaming? Will i notice a difference in quality (since I assume its being compressed over the internet)?

Is USTREAM a good (cheap) option?

Can you stream video from a camera and separate audio from a mic / sound board?

It all depends. Your streaming service and available bandwidth are going to be the greatest factors. Generically speaking, I would recommend a Logitech Pro model.
