What is your favorite Horror or Halloween movie or show?
We sell halloween costumes, masks & props obviously, so we love Horror movies and halloween movies, we want to know what are your favorites.
Just 2 months or so till the Haunting season, what movie gets you thinking about halloween or scares you, what was your favorite halloween episode of a tv show like simpsons treehouse of horror etc, we want to know :)
The original Halloween movie...none better!
I like the original Amityville Horror, as well as any movie that relies on suspense and things jumping out at you instead of slashers/gory movies. I'd rather be scared than grossed out.
Horror film? Anything with Fran Drescher... Terrifying! God that woman makes me want to crawl into a hole and kill myself...
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Freaks
The Crow.
Brandon Lee R.I.P.
Fright Night. Don't know how I feel about the remake. Looks pretty good and Collin Farrel is alright in my book. I would probably love it if it was an original movie but it isn't
Always liked the Halloween Episodes of "Home Improvement" probably because he would build props and Decorations for a big Halloween Party, and My family has always done that
@dreamyvelvet: Do you mean the movie or are you calling us "Freaks" ? :)
@captainsuperdawg: always kinda liked the original Fright Night, So we'll wait to pass judgement till we see the new one, just hope its not completely off the story
I will be enjoying the Nightmare on Elm Street series in October, and I think the Office Halloween eps have been pretty good.
I'm most excited for Walking Dead's second season!
@iggz: Yea, 1st watched that when I was like 10, Could not get the songs outta my head for days, even now just thinking about it, "it's just a jump to the left..." Damn you!
The Thing.
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. For three reasons:
1. All the candy. Halloween = candy.
2. The tunnel scene is seriously creepy. ("There's no earthly way of knowing which direction we are going...")
3. I was always a bit unsettled by the fact that you never saw the misbehaving kids again. Sure, Willy Wonka SAYS they'll all be fine at the end but... shudder
The first Alien movie. Classic.
It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
poltergeist II, there is just something about kane and that indian dude!!!!!!!!!!!
