@magic cave: I've bought from many deal-a-day sites. This is the first time I've not had ANY response at all. No delivery, no replies to my two emails. They don't have a phone number listed on their site to call them, so my warning is fair to those who might be thinking of buying from them. Glad you had good luck. Maybe number thirteen will be the one that bites you...

I'm sure you mean well, but I don't need any warnings from you.

I made a couple dozen purchases on Jizbee, and I've made three or four on Dizbee. (I don't know if it's the same management with a new name or new management that bought the old company and slightly changed the name.)

I've never had a problem with any order from them. Like many deal-a-day sites, they're a little slow to ship, so I'd never use any of them for items I need quickly, but I've always received my order, it's always been what I ordered, and it's always been worth at least what I paid for it.

Sorry you've had a difficulty, but I have nothing but good words about them.

*UPDATE (Again): So I called and talked to Abe. He sounds like a nice guy who cares about his reputation. He says that the email system is racked with errors since their changeover from Jizbee to Dizbee. He says my emails were lost in spam along with a couple dozen (LOL jsimsace!) others. He said his first notice of my problem was the Paypal dispute, which, like I mentioned above, he answered within a half-hour. I told him about the error on his contact page. He appreciated my letting him explain in person (via phone) and he said he shipped out my order via priority mail so I would get it in time for Halloween. (He also said that there were over 10,000 ordered. I guess some problems are to be expected. I told him that once I receive the shipment I'll drop my Paypal dispute and amend my Reseller Rating to reflect his actions. He offered me a gift of my choice. I told him not to bother, but we'll see if he throws something in. I'll give them another shot if I see something I like.

ordered 2 toys...1 was broken
they shipped them in a bag....wonder why they broke
ordered for a c-mas present
emailed them 3 times....never even got a response back
