Is your Monkeygeddon t-shirt on the way?

After the chasing down the clues in the recent Armagedd-Off along with all of you, I broke down and ordered the Monkeygeddon t-shirt that was the "prize" at the end of the journey. After all, I had a coupon about to expire and with free shipping the final charge was only $4.99. Not the best design Woot has ever offered, but after all of that work, I just couldn't resist.

Anyway, I just got an email telling me that my order has shipped. My first thought was that Woot took the safe route of not bothering to produce and ship these until they were CERTAIN that the Mayans were wrong. I could have told them it was all a misunderstanding.

I didn't order one since I had to bail on Armagedd-Off before the end, darn it! Love the explanation for the Mayan calendar, though! Blame it on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohol!

I ended up not ordering one. I'm sure I'll kick myself in the pants for it in the long run. Such is life though! I'll spend that hard earned money of mine elsewhere...like on a different shirt, lol!~

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
