Where is the best place to get New Rock boots cheap (shipping Included)?

Looking at a few pairs of New Rocks and just want to make sure I get the best deal. Seems like all the good prices are sites out of the UK with godawful shipping, or US sites wanting the same money before shipping. Advice on "Unofficial" retail Stores carrying them in central Georgia/ South Atlanta would be nice too.
