Congrats on your Russian bride, you dirty bigamist. :)

Mostly, it's for inheritances and recently, for intuit tax problems. It makes me tired.

I, too, am getting offers for Russian brides, also, Asian brides. And products for both financial and other growth. Don't they know, I am married? And a straight woman?
So no, just the usual.

I get emails every day without fail from Holey Donuts. I don't even know what they are, or how I got on their list, but I just delete them. They also seem to evade all spam filters, so it's a bust.

Anyone have any insight on them?

@capguncowboy: The Best insight: If they spam, they suck!

A message from the 'British High Commission' informing me that I was owed money for having been defrauded by fake inheritance scams (just pay $150 shipping!). Which is ironic because I also receive a lot of inheritance spam emails.

Other than that it has been mostly generic 'your account has been frozen, please send us all your account information to have it unlocked' emails (usually for banks I don't have accounts with).

EDIT Also received an email from 'FEDEX' about a mysterious package of $2 million dollars that failed to be delivered. Apparently, the package is from my 'colleague', but they can't tell me who it is because of 'privacy reasons'. All I need to do is send them a $200 security fee and they will mail me the money! Better get on that... This one actually had decent English grammar and the correct email addresses/sent from email, which is better than most spam.

Got two spam e-mails within the span of about two months at the end of last year letting me know that the web domain of [myfirstnameandlastname].com was about to expire.

I'd been wanting to register that domain for over eight years but it had always been unavailable. I had stopped keeping tabs on it, so only when the domain-registry spammers contacted me did I learn about the pending expiration and after what seemed an eternity of weeks and days, I was able to finally register it! I never would have thought Who.Is crawling spammers (I have another site with my name in it) would help me get my dream domain.

Here's mine, I actually kept it because it was so strange.

Subject: Dimensional Warp Generator Needed jppwtbc

Hello,
I'm a time traveler stuck here in 2003. Since nobody here seems to be
able to get me what I need (safely here to me), I will have to build a
simple time travel circuit to get where I need myself. I am going to need an easy to follow picture diagram for a simple time travel circut, which can be built out of (readily available) parts here in 2003. Please email me any schematics you have. I will pay good money for anything you send me I can use. Or if you have the rechargeable AMD dimensional warp generator wrist watch unit available, and are 100% certain you have a (secure) means of delivering it to me please also reply. Send a separate email to me at: webmaster@custompaintshop.net.
Do not reply back directly to this email as it will only be bounced
back to you.

Thank You
Brian Appel
