Anybody else still awaiting news from Pacific Pillows about their order?

I ordered some pillows from a sponsored deal and am quite excited. However, I stil haven't heard anything from Pacific Pillow about the order (I placed it on 9/30) -- The website shows my order, but there is no status and no tracking number provided. Has anyone else had a problem with that?

I've yet to email or call them yet, but probably will in a few hours when I have a chance to

Okay, I attempted to call them and got voicemailed -- twice. I have now emailed them and am waiting for a response. I'll keep you guys posted

Thank you for your request. Twins Sale orders are processed in the order that they are received. We try and get them shipped as soon as possible but this year we received about 3 months worth of orders in 7 days so it is taking longer than our usual next day processing and the 5-7 business days we estimated at the start of the sale. Right now we anticipate being through all orders in the next 3 business days. You will get an email with tracking information when the order ships and usually can follow the packages progress in about 24 hours after receiving it. Let me know if we can answer anything further.

I got some Pacific Coast (same place?)pillows not long ago from a second party vendor. It took longer than usual and I'm guessing for the same reason as above.
I was notified by the vendor there was a delay but things would be shipped soon. They arrived not long after that.

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
