A: Check your email... you may have a fedex tracking number.
B: Check the woot site you purchased the item from (i.e. woot.com, home.woot.com, kids.woot.com, etc.)
Click "My Account" under your user name.
On the left should be your orders, click on your item of interest.
This should tell you what is going on.
C: Email service@woot.com, they should be able to help you more.

Put your order number in and put in your zip code. It should give you a tracking number.

Just as an additional note, Woot ships by SmartPost, which is a notoriously rather slow shipping service. Don't expect to get it for 5-10 business after woot ships it. Woot typically takes 2-5 days to ship stuff. It's a service provided by FedEx where they move it in their most economical/efficient (read: slow) way and then hand it off to the USPS for the final leg of the trip to your house. (Slow + Cheap. The woot way of life? :P)
