Thanks but I tried that already, I got no response from Amazon. Any other ideas?

@usmc827: Call them. There's phone numbers on the contact page. Seriously. We won't know any more than you do. I don't mean to sound cross, but there just isn't anything anyone will know, without a ton and a half of information. Even after you post more information, we still won't know.

Give them a call. That's what I'd do.

click on the link provided by gideonfrost, then click the "contact us" button - on the contact page your most recent order will be displayed by default - you can choose "different order" and it will show your orders in the last 30 days, hit the drop-down menu to choose "orders placed in the last 6 months" since you said it's been over a month - select the order in question then choose "where's my stuff" under step 2 and finally "call us" - they will actually call you immediately

It obviously fell into a rogue black hole. Give NASA a call and see what they say!

@usmc827: Next time you post a question like this one, how about giving readers a break and letting us know what actions you've already tried?

@magic cave: Just wanted to say thanks for the awesome help there. I don't know what I would have done if you didn't reply to my post!!! Be sure to read the rest of the post for the insight that you wanted. I am sure it will help you out.

Shrdlu, I would have called, but I am currently in Afghanistan. I don't have a way to call back to the States.

Chipgreen: What you mentioned worked!!! Thanks for the help. I found my way through the maze of links and emailed them. They emailed back and are going to resend the package out.

Glad you were able to get a resolution. It would have been much easier if you had disclosed your location initially; otherwise, no one would have suggested you call. Here in the States, customer service phone is so easy to reach - actually when online, you put your phone number in and they call you immediately! I love that - no hanging in unending voicemail hell.

@usmc827: I work for a large credit union with a fairly large number of military members, I talk fairly frequently with men and women deployed in harm's way, and communication by phone pretty much involves them calling at really weird local times. I understand your situation fully!

Thank you for your service, please keep your head and hiney down: we want you home safe and sound!

@usmc827: You're welcome - glad you got it worked out! You used to be able to click the "contact us" button and go right to "call us" or "email us" but I guess they added the additional steps so that they don't have to wait several minutes for each caller to go to their order history to find the order number in question.
