Yes. I was horrible at it for a long time, then I just started flossing before I brush and now I floss every day.

i haven't owned floss in 12 years. so no, i don't floss daily. (did i mention i've had plastic for 13 years? smartest thing i ever did. my teeth were REALLY bad.)

I use a waterpik, but not every day. I am trying to get better at it.

No, but I do floss occasionally.

I started flossing more when I found this tip: floss in the shower. I never liked to floss because I felt like I had better things to do. If I'm flossing in the shower, though, it feels like I'm multitasking and getting more done. Plus, it gives me a little more time to in the shower before I'm off to work.

Just about every day. I use those floss pick things. Makes it a lot easier than wrapping it around your fingers, and they are easy to use when not at home.

I was recently let go from my job and as a result I was unable to visit a dentist. When I got a new job a couple a months ago and my insurance went through HR I immediately made a dentists appointment.

Now I had been brushing everyday, but I had some pretty bad bleeding from my gums when I went in because of the delay between visits. I was severely admonished and now I brush twice a day and floss once a day 5 times a week.

Something you all may not know but you are supposed to floss then brush, I had always done it in reverse until I was told otherwise.

tl:dr Floss and brush, your teeth will thank you.

No, I floss every other day. Flossing falls into that category of "a pain in the ass but needs to be done" so I compromise.

Oh, get floss picks. They're WAY easier. I went with these:

I never did before I got a huge estimate from a dentist for laser gum treatments, so I flossed daily for like 6 months and my gums were back in shape... unfortunately I fell out of the habit again and I missed my last dental appointment too. I'm just lazy I guess, someday I'll probably regret it...

I wait until the reminder from the dentist comes in the mail, and then I floss like mad for the 2 or three days leading up to my appointment. The hygienist usually comments on my red swollen gums.

The rule of thumb is to only floss the teeth you want to keep.

My morning routine includes flossing every day. Since it's routine it's just something to get done...and move on.
