How do I get credit back to my credit card as I was charged(Ord.# 36727168) Twice?
Did you order around Tuesday, Feb. 7th? They had a rare glitch that double charged some people. This was their message:
We've been hearing our fans cry out for Two-For-Tuesday. Sometimes they do it on the forums, sometimes they do it on Facebook, sometimes we get a guy in our lobby who refuses to leave until we do something twice. Maybe that's what happened earlier this week, when the credit card processor had an unfortunate technical glitch (we’re told that’s the technical term) and decided to charge your bank account twice.

On a more serious note, we've spoken with them and they have assured us they're now working twice as hard to reverse that unexpected second charge. Because the correction will go in as a REVERSAL, be aware it will not be listed on your statement as a refund; instead the charge will simply drop off your account in a quiet puff of smoke like it never ever happened. It goes without saying that such a process is never as fast as making the charge itself, so please allow them couple of business days before worrying. And know we've assigned a team member to glare at them every second of the day until they make good on this mistake.
