Not the one you posted, but they're on my list

I really need to start making sure that my brother hasn't logged me out and him in before I post comments. Yes, my company made the list. I'm not surprised.

@milujite: Man, that confused the heck out of me. I had just voted the comment up, read the article, come back, and the comment was gone. Yours was in its place, and I admit it startled me.

Not one of those companies was a surprise. The saddest thing is that both American Airlines and Johnson and Johnson (not to be confused with the excellent, and similarly named, SC Johnson) were both highly rated perhaps a decade ago. AT&T has sucked in all its hidden guises, from SBC until now. I'm so grateful that (as a T-Mobile customer) they were not successful in their attempt to take over a company that's always been tops in Customer Service.

so i just skimmed thru the first read figuring walmart would be high up. then after not finding it, i re-read it. oh, they based the list mostly on how the stock market liked the company. that explains it. the stockmarket likes any company that lines business men's pockets, while hurting it's employees. (i was a walmart associate until 27 days ago (three days before christmas). i still love the company, i just have open eyes at how they treat the lower level employees that they live off of. it is nice to have insurance, but they only want part time people now, and are firing those that have been there a long long time.)

Nope, never worked for any of those companies. I do have an AT&T cell phone though (it's alright) and I used to use bank of america (terrible)

Netflix? HA-HA I love Netflix!!! Every time the public gets mad at them I make money off playing the swing in the stock price.

My company is not on the list, and I'm not surprised by that.

Two of my most disliked are on the list: AT&T and Sears. My cell service is through AT&T, and they are generally easy to dislike. I used to get all of my major appliances at Sears, but the last two times I have tried, it has been a nightmare!

I'm a little surprised Netflix is still on the list. I'm annoyed by their price fluctuation, but I stay with them because their service is excellent.
