What would you do if you an extra hour each day?
I lost 40 lbs. a year ago, and kept a good diet and exercise routine until now. My work requires 46 hours a week, and I’m pulling a full course load for a master’s degree. I do not have time to get to the gym that I used to and I’m eating to relieve stress. What’s better for you, expanding your mind, maintaining a good body, or working harder for your career?
