Oh, and I did have one problem with my order, which is why I dealt with C.S. When I went to place the order they were sold out, so they contacted me to see how they could make me happy, and ended up finding one more of the tv's in stock. Only problem was it wasn't available on the website, so I was instructed to order a different tv, a 32" Vizio, for the same price ($342-10%). I placed the order and was told the switch would be made. Instead, I receive both tv's but was only charged once. I contacted them and they gave me the option of sending the 32" back at their expense, or keeping it for $200. I kept it and was impressed with the way it was handled all around.

@bstebick: Lol Um a lesser person would of kept both and not said anything.

But $200 is deff. a good price for a 32inch

@japple650: Yeah, I know I could have, but I like to be honest. I'd hope that people would do the same for me.

Absolutely satisfied!

I bought a 32" Vizio for $206.99 from Secondipity (through Woot) and I absolutely love it. It was shipped quickly (and for free), I was able to track it and received it within four days of ordering. I got it home - the box looked a bit beat up, but everything was stable inside. The batteries were in the remote so obviously, at the least, this unit had been tasted prior to me getting it, but everything works wonderfully on it.

I was so impressed with the deal I got and the service, that when I saw they had a 19" available for 88.99 (or 99.99 depending on who you ask) I jumped on it, but missed out on buying it due to my own hesitancy that had to do with family members and not Secondipity's service. I would buy that TV up in a second if they happened to find more of them, but I will continue to watch out for deals from them in the future.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. We were interested in a 19 inch tv for 88.99 but the website showed it as $99 so I called and talked to a rather rude lady who said just wait a couple of hours and try the website again. Within 30 minutes they had changed the price and sold out. You would think that they would have let us order over the phone or give us a coupon code when we called so this wouldn't happen. We called back to see if they could substitute and give us a different tv for the same price and they lady again was very rude. After asking to speak to a manager she put me on hold and then hung up on us! Stay away from this business...

@joekolba: I'd like to make your experience with us a positive one. I spoke with customer service and would be able to get you a Vizio M22OVA 22" Razor LED LCD HDTV for $99.99 if you want it (the reg. price is $182.99). Shoot me an email at Tristin.Reppert@liquidation.com if you're interested or if there's anything else I can help you with! :)

I bought a 22 Vizio 1080p LED for $149. The TV was in like new condition inside. I set it up and discovered that the remote did not work. I contacted Vizio to try to resolve the remote issue, and was told the TV was 'previously owned', sold at a Walmart in December, and was I was not eligible for warranty service or replacement of the remote. I contacted Secondipity, and they offered me $20 toward a replacement remote, but I opted instead to send the whole thing back. They provided a paid return shipping label, and when they got the TV back, promptly credited my account for the entire purchase price. I have no reason to believe that they provide anything but good service, and other than the remote not working, the TV seemed to be very nice. Just be aware that if you need a warranty to be comfortable with your purchase, you may not have that comfort with Secondipity. I am still looking at their TVs, so the experience with Secondipity has obviously not left me with any negative feelings.

I had a similar experience. I saw a post online showing they had the 19" for $89 but it was well over $100 once I added it to my cart. I called and couldn't even get through to talk to customer service. I went back to the item and checked the price and it showed at $89, but still over $100 in my cart. I deleted the item, tried again, but it now said the item was sold out and showed the $89 price. I'm glad I didn't get through to customer service after reading the post though, at least I didn't have to deal with that. It would be nice to find a good price that actually works though.

Bought a Sewing Machine for the wife from them...ended up being a great machine. Package shipped promptly and tracking numbers followed it all the way to the house. I would buy from Secondipity again! I even shared it with my sister and mother!.

Update: I am very satisfied with Secondipity, they have honored the price by giving us a promo code to order a different tv. Thank you Tristin!

Wow, must be nice. I've never gotten anything to work on their site. I emailed them and got no response. Maybe I'll get lucky one day and actually get a good deal on a tv that shows in my shopping cart.

@rowso80: Hey! Did you get my email about the TV? Let me know if you're interested in that deal or if there's anything else I can do for you!

@trissecondipity: Happen to have any more 19" Vizios coming up for sale any time soon? Tried to nab this deal for my dad for Father's day, no dice. Hand over the inside information.

vote-for1vote-against

@mcawsm: how do you feel about 22" Vizios? A little birdie told me there may be one on sale over the weekend...keep an eye on the site :)

vote-for1vote-against

@trissecondipity: No, it must have went to my spam box. Could you send it again? I am still interested in getting the 22" hdtv. Thanks.

vote-for0vote-against

Has anyone seen a deal on the 22 hdtv? THey said one would be on sale this weekend.

Vizio M220VA 22" Razor LED LCD HDTV TV for $148.99 shipped is not the deal you were looking for?

vote-for1vote-against

above Vizio is at the secondipity web site - I have not seen on deals.woot yet, if that's what you mean.

www.secondipity.com - look for TV & Home Theater - it's on the first page of listings.

vote-for1vote-against

Anyone know if the 19" Vizio on secondipity is black or white? It's mislabeled from the title but on Amazon the Product names brings up two. I'd be sold if it was black.

vote-for0vote-against

@098raynman: $148.99 for a used 22" HDTV is not a deal especially considering the same tv was on sell for $137 last time. I can get a new 22" for around $170

vote-for1vote-against

@mcawsm: usually the "-W" indicates that the Vizio is white.

vote-for1vote-against

@mspexp: I don't know where you'd find a new 1080p LED 22inch for $170? Maybe you could let us all in on the deal. This particular TV (Vizio M220VA 22" Razor LED LCD HDTV TV) sells at Amazon (new) for $228 and the cheapest used one Amazon lists is over $160 shipped.

@rowso80: Just forwarded the message on to you again - let me know when you get it! :)

I ordered sennhieser MM 400 X headset and the product arrived in time but the model is different. So I called the customer care and they bargained with me saying the product is over and if I like to keep the model I recieved they will give discount. I opted not to do so. Then I returned the product and got the money back. Some days later I saw the same product again in their site. I ordered again then the same above experienced happened again. I also read similar experience from some customers. Seems it is their business model. So beware and check the model by registering the product with the product company website to check the actual condition of the product.

@trissecondipity I was rather disappointed I have ordered a total of 3 computers from you guys since 7/22/12 the third one was then sold out and I just found out. These are for my kids for school. It was an Acer AS5733Z-4851 for $294.99 I went in and looked and ordered a different one but was not satisfied with what I chose. When I went in to cancel it I could not figure out how to. I am a low-Income single parent home I have Teenagers so I need computer I mentioned first above or something better for the same price or less. Please help me if you can. And I REALLY need that order placed today (8/1/12) cancelled. Thank You so much!

Buyer beware. I purchased a fitbit zip from them and received a defective one. They replaced that one and the next one stopped working 6 weeks after we got it. They informed me that they only cover their products for 30 days. We rolled the dice with a second hand service and got burned. I will not do business with them again.
