@belowi: Had to laugh at your comment. It's SO true! Some of woot's side/plus deals are good buys. And they're buried in the abyss. One has to have a lot of time & patience to sort through the deals. I do not have those. Especially lacking in patience.

Again: A workable Search function and a Cart are needed. Make woot a user-friendly shopping site.

Sometimes I am tempted to add a link to a side deal from another Woot site here on Deals because there are so many of them and often they seem to be inconveniently buried down in the sites.

There are other sites besides this one?

I'm here in dw.questions or the shirt forums.
Don't bother much with the spendy side of things, since it's rarely of interest to me.

I check shirt.woot by hovering over it at the top. Other than that, I come here. I don't even know why I continue to check shirt.woot as they haven't had anything that interested me in over a year.

I hover over the main Woot sites to see what the featured deal is. I use Wootstalker to look at the Plus deals. It marks the new ones each day, nice feature. If there's something that interests me I use the Woot page to go to that deal. Bigger pictures and more detail.

EDIT: The rest of the time I spend on Deals.

Good deals sometimes take a while to be promoted on this site, so I still frequent other places. However the comments on this site are much more active so I will check before pulling the trigger

I only go to deals.woot.com from my phone because it doesn't default to the mobile website. Woot is selling too much stuff for the mobile site to be useful. Deals shows me everything I need to see except the plus sales. Those are up for longer than a day, so I'll glance at the main site when I get to a computer.

I spend the large majority of my time on deals.woot, but I'll take a look at everything. I've bought more from the side deals recently than the main deals. Apart from checking the main sites for the new side deals, it's not like anything is changing on the sites, so it's no huge expenditure of time to keep up with it.

I still read the daily emails for the banter. Don't pay too much mind to anything else. When I come on woot, it's always deals.woot. I'll hover through the top bar, but I've honestly never spent much time on any woot other deals.woot.

It's sad, I don't read the daily emails anymore, hardly even look at the main sales. Deals.woot is the only place I find anything I might want.

I used to only come here but the silly reputation system and the constant bombardment of DVD's has kind of made me feel like I'm just wasting my time (I'm not sure why it ever didn't seem that way :) ). That, and my new interest in wine make wine.woot a much more interesting page.

I hit Woot, take a QUICK (5 second) look at the pictures on the right, and then hit deals.

I don't look at the side deals.

Compare that to a few months ago when I looked at Woot, then clicked and looked at Shirt, then clicked and looked at Sellout, and then finally ended up at deals.

i like woot but it sometimes gets stale..also,i am used to great shipping .Which, for the most part does not exist here..i'm just saying!!!!

I was on the anti-side-deals bandwagon, too, but just used a couple of accumulated coupons to snag some items I actually NEED from the Home.Woot side deals a few days ago. I guess it would be hypocritical of me to complain too much now. Having said that, they could make it easier to navigate. While the titles of each section are usually funny, I frequently have to go into the section to see what kind of items are offered. It could be laid out in a more user-friendly manner.

This is my first stop, then I do the hover over at the top (which I'm sure glad they included pictures and prices)... then if something grabs my attention I'll take a peek.

vote-for6vote-against

Yes, I have even stopped looking at my daily deal emails.

vote-for16vote-against

I still go to all the other sites but don't spend too much time browsing around.

The side deals are annoying. You can see a picture of something that catches your attention and then you click on it only to find out that item is not sold. This happens frequently and I'm planning on ignoring all the side deals sometime in the near future.

Maybe, one day, Woot will realize that we understand the one deal per day feature is never coming back. Woot should change their site so you can see all the items for sale without having to click into sub sections (side deals and multiple tabs) and put the items into your cart. Then, once you have everything in your cart then you checkout just like all the other commerce sites.
