I Woot alone... yeah, with nobody else... 'cause you know when I Woot alone... I prefer to be by myself!

Besides... wife has no interest whatsoever...

can't convince the wife to woot. even though she loves the mushroom growing kits from wine.woot, thinks the shirts I buy for the kids on shirt.woot are cool, and enjoys the lingerie I buy her from Ohcheri.

@lpgstock: I was happy when my wife had no interest. Then she got me a GPS for the holiday's, from Woot, and I was happy she had interest. Then, last week, a Dyson showed up.. from Woot.. and I was not-so-happy she now has interest.

The wife had no interest for a long time, but after several really cool BOC's, she has jumped on the Wootoff (and Woot! holiday) bandwagon. She still does not have it down, though. Last night when the BOC popped up, she realized after clicking 'I Want One' that she did not have her CC security code at the ready. Fail! At least I got one, so we have something to look forward to in a few weeks!

@kmeltzer: I would be more worried when the shoes and jewelry started coming in... at least you may get some benefit from the Dyson. :-)

The husband has his own account and has made a couple purchases. He does not generally check in and has never posted anywhere. I am mostly a lurker, do I still count?

This is going to sound tacky as hell but I have made so many new friends on deals.woot a lot of you know more about me than my fambly and some of my real life friends. While I'm the only one in my house/workplace that woots (Also, Only having a single IRL wooter friend) I definitely don't feel like I'm alone there are so many great people I have met here. especially when we're all surfing woot while chatting in the IRC looking for funny posts or idiot spammers.

I generally woot alone, though there are sometimes others in the room with me. During the last woot-off, my boss didn't even say something when my computer (loudly) played various sounds from mywoot.net; as he was present for about an hour or so on Wednesday, it played all four sounds that I use: rooster for main, glass for wine, spring for home and r2d2 for kids.

My officemate checks woot and deals.woot fairly regularily but rarely buys.

My gf woots occasionally (mostly shirts) but generally does not do a whole lot. (I'm not even aware of what her account is, though I bet I could guess it and probably her password.) We don't live together, so generally I don't get on woot when we are together.

My older daughter woots sometimes, but even with a cool looking cat-based shirt like today's, she has stated that she does not have room for any more shirts (and has even told me to stop buying randoms in her size).

TL;DR: No, I woot (by) myself, though sometimes when others are present.

I woot so much that now I only use one hand on the keyboard.

My significant other prefers to pay retail and is not very interested in finding a bargain. One of my most favorites quotes this woman has uttered was "I pay for free!" when disussing her data plan.

I woot alone, but my husband always likes the deals I score! :) Happy wife = happy life ;)

While I Woot alone, I share my experiences and findings.

It keeps her amused. Probably more at me than anything else, but, what the heck.

I Woot alone (although a couple of friends at work Woot, as well). Suspiciously, however, a few packages from other deal sites have appeared with DH's name on them. AND he has started getting enthusiastic about some of my finds. It won't be long.....

@drchops: < 3 downvotes? Really? lol

Glad at least a few people got it :)

[edit]
@lpgstock: haha I totally didn't see that until this second..

I woot alone, but my husband's interested in what I order and in Woot-offs and looks forward to a bag of crap if I happen to score.

@drchops: Dude, I got it and upvoted. Just heard a really good interview with George on the Mark and Brian show. Very humble man. See if it's still available on the iTunes podcasts.
