Does the Deals advanced search function have problems?

I had never used the advanced search function until today. I wanted to search for a question that @meems212 had asked in the past week about the extended bluray of Lord of the Rings. When I filled in the "this exact phrase" box with: Lord of the Rings, I was told there were 6 questions but when I hit search, it came up with zero. When I put the same words in the "all of these words" box it again said there were 6 questions and hitting "search" brought up all six as expected. I found what I was looking for, but the search function's behavior is odd.

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
