The one that melts all my enamel away, making putting you teeth together really weird (sour ropes - grape or cherry)

I LOVED those Altoid Sours. Specifically the tangerine flavored ones. I was really sad when I read that they discontinued them.

@zzzaap: You really need to read that article.

I don't know how my teeth have survived. I credit genes and sonicare.

La Vie de La Vosgienne makes the best lemon drops on the planet. Sometimes they'll turn up at a Walgreens or WalMart and I'll get a tin or ten.

I'm with @gideonfrost...I don't like sour candy that much. I did get on a kick of Charms Lollipops recently. They're not as big as I remember but still just as good.

Warheads!!!!!
Black Cherry and Lemon are the best flavors :)

We used to eat shock tarts and drink surge when I was a kid. Somehow I've managed to only have one cavity in my 23 years of existence.

Recently, Sour Skittles (still going though the discount halloween candy).

Daughter#2 used to really like Sour Patch Kids, but then they got less sour so she doesn't like them as much.

Citric and malic acid are almost as corrosive as sulphuric acid. Not quite though.

Sour Patch Kids
Various flavors of Laffy Taffy
Lemonheads

I'm trying to remember this kind of candy I ate a few times years ago but can't find it. I thought they were Chewy Spree, but I don't see that those come in a sour variety.

Zots and Lemonheads. Not really that sour, but they had a bit of a pucker.

Icebreakers Sours, especially the tropical flavor. I like them because they are sour all the way through, and they are sugar free. I don't like sour candies that are only sour on the outside, where you get a few seconds of sour followed by minutes of corn syrup sweetness. We used to get sour candies sold individually at the counter of a local BBQ that were so sour they made your jaw cramp up, and they were sour all the way through. But I don't remember what they were and I haven't seen them in years. They were fun to give to people because even when you told them it was a sour candy they were never expecting what they got and they made lots of great faces.

I used to work in corn milling where we worked with HFCS (high fructose corn syrup). It's ph is usually around 2-3 and would corrode the concrete. This stuff went to Pepsi co, dr p etc etc and sour candy. I still love it though.

@civldx: Ah, Shock Tarts is what I was trying to think of. I was a fan of those Altoid Sours too. I loved the way they made the tin smell.

Shock tarts!! Just ate some last night.

Cry Baby gumballs. I just wish the flavor would last longer!
