Did you see the support option on the Woot homepages?
If you don't need support you can send a You Guys Rock! Or Suck! Or Both! message. Neato!
There's also a new column at the bottom of the pages: Ways to woot.
It's pretty nifty!
Now if they only started to respond to service requests again. Seems like everyone that has had to deal with service lately has to send multiple e-mails just to get the auto response and then still has to wait forever.

@raider9924: Not for me. I emailed Service, almost immediately got the auto response, and within three hours had the matter resolved. An item from Woot Plus that was damaged.
Looks cool, but I've never had any issues with service@woot.com in the past.
I am so tempted to submit a "You guys rock" message. I think I'll wait until after the woot-off, though: they're probably so inundated right now that even a supportive message would seem annoying.
