What are your diet or health goals (resolutions) for 2013?
I've been on a diet, well new eating lifestyle is more like it, for a little more than 2 years, now. I took a week off from watching, and it resulted in a 3 lb weight gain. Was it worth it? Absolutely! But now I have to lose those 3 lbs all over again I'm back to my normal eating habits today, which seems to be a lot less food than a week ago. Anyone else out there in the same boat? What are your goals for the new year? My goal for 2013 is to exercise more regularly and lose at least another 20 lbs.
