Anyone else think the whole "CyberMonday" thing just isn't a.... "thing" any more?
I've noticed more great deals on any given day over the previous week than those I saw today. Even in the current wootoff. I mean really? A Refurbed vizio 32" for $200? Or how about Microsoft's offer of $5 off a $20 xbox 360 game? Even Amazon lightning deals that ARE decent deals sell out in 30 seconds.
I honestly feel that this whole "Cyber Monday" thing no longer truly exists. It's only been around a few years anyway. Sure, some people get drawn in by the promise of amazingly good deals to be had, but those of us who frequent sites like deals.woot, slickdeals, fatwallet, and similar forums could have probably matched 90% of today's deals at various times over the last year.
So what do you all think? Is "Cyber-Monday" still a thing? Was it EVER?
