Looking for a new Xbox 360 slim for a good price!

My 360 just gave me the RRoD so now I am looking for a new one. I want one of the new slim ones. Without the kinect and with a 250 gig hard drive. The best deal I could find is on Amazon by buying the 4 gig one and buying a generic 250 gig hard drive which in the end was about $250. But then I don't have backwards compatibility for halo and halo 2! :( So anyone know of any good deals for one? Maybe one with a 50 dollar gift card or something?

If you want a shiny one hurry up. MS is stopping the glossy finish except for limited editions.

You can hack backwards compatibility just as you can hack HDDs. Though I highly doubt MS would do it (and potentially if they can even detect it, though more than anything I think they just don't care), YMMV on whether or not you get a banhammer for using a hacked HDD.

@ninjamodder: Not sure, just says "soon". They will all be matte finish like the 4gb systems.
