questionsdvd wallet, storage of games, dvds - any good…

I know this is not what you were looking for, but it does solve your storage problems.
Sony BDP-CX960 400 Disc Blu-ray Disc / DVD MegaChanger (Black) + Free Shipping for $633.16:

Here's a link

you can order them online via qvc and target.

saved a lot of space between dvds, cds and video games.

@miatta72: It's a storage solution that operates like a jukebox! That's kind of cool.

@catbertthegreat: yes and it's the best i find for me

@miatta72: That's cool. But at $60/100 discs it would get pretty expensive for me and, I suspect, #fgarriel.

Than again it's better than my current storage solution, which is to have the bulk of my CDs still packed up from when we moved in....

@anotherhiggins: check qvc sometimes they have specials and also on ez pay me it's so well worth it

I'm not digging the jukebox thing. YMMV, but for my needs, I'd like to be able to see the covers.

I love the BR player/jukebox, but it's a) expensive and b) doesn't integrate with the home network / entertainment distribution setup I have in my mind's eye.

@fgarriel: How about anything from here? or the entire website for that matter. Their sleeves compact the dvds down to a pretty slim size (All their sleeves: Take a look around.

Hold your calls, we have a winner.

@fgarriel: it comes w/ a index books so that you can insert the dvd/cd covers

@fgarriel: So tell us what has made you happy?

@sand4me: CTB's awesome find of those Disksox things. The post right above the one where I declare a winner. I'm definitely going to buy it. I know it's going to be awesome just because the website really spells out the features/benefits of the product - and they touched on all of my major criticisms. Really, they must have seen the same need I did and went and designed the perfect solution.

Hard case? Yep.
Visible cover without adding damaging crease? Yep.
Huge shelf-space compression ratio? Bingo.

They had me at "hello" (Do people still reference Jerry Maguire?), but the awesomeness were some of the storage cases that the sleeves go into. They're very well thought out. Of course, now that I've built it up so much in my head, I'm bound to be disappointed.
