I usually do. It's only a matter of time before some enterprising company decides to charge us for digital delivery. Look at what happened with the airlines.

I concur. Digital items are not shipped. If and when they decide to charge us, it should be listed as a download fee, not shipping.

When I see "free shipping" on a digital item, I just kind of have that "duh" eye-rolling response. I don't think I'd bother checking the box if I listed a digital deal.

@okham: I was thinking TicketMaster.

Don't know how they get away with charging you to print out tickets, but will let you pick up the tickets at Will Call for free. THAT is charging for digital delivery.
