Do you think the hockey lockout will be solved to save some of the season?
The NHL has announced that the season is cancelled through Oct 24th. Last I heard they had made no significant progress on ending the lockout. Think hockey is done for the year or is there still hope a breakthrough will happen?
I have AHL to go watch. Going to the first Aeros game next Sat. Watch them lower the new Conference champs banner.
Does suck though. I get back into hockey last year and now this.
As a hockey fan who never fully came back after the last lock out I am at a point where do not care if they ever play again
Truthfully people who get paid well to do something they love should be happy to come to an agreement. It is not like any of them will go broke. The only people who lose are the fans just as in the NBA and the NFL. If we all stopped watching I bet they would still play, even if they did have to get regular jobs like the rest of us and play on the weekends. Anyway...
I've been an NHL fan for many years. I was disappointed the last lockout season, and if it ends up being another full season lockout, I'll be done with it all together.
I'm a former season ticket holder, to the Coyotes no less. I haven't even watched a game on TV since the last lockout. Obviously wondering if the team is going to leave each season gets old, but no way I ever support the NHL again after this.
There is a hockey lockout? lol...shows how much I care this time around. (I am a sports maniac and am answering tongue-in-cheek)
I quit caring after the previous lockout.
