I would say to start by contacting the manufacturer, since woot! wasn't responsible for putting the actual product into the retail box. If that fails, then contact woot! about the issue.

Aw, crap. Now I have to go open the two I bought and see if they're missing stuff. They better not be, or I'm going to smack Mr Moofi, since I got them from one of the deals he posted a while back.

OP, I'd also email server at woot dot com, and tell them of your sad plight. You may be helped. They're usually pretty nice.

[Edit] I just opened both of mine, and Mr Moofi isn't in trouble. This time. They went to the right address, all the parts are there, and life is okay. Except I need to remember to put batteries on the grocery list.
