It's a ninja lid. It's probably hiding in the shadows.

If I were you, I'd talk to someone on the staff like @jumbowoot. They'll know what to do, hopefully

@captainsuperdawg: It was a Woot Off; nothing to do with Deals. The best thing to do would be to either ask over on the forums, or send email to service@woot.com, rather than asking here. Unless someone on regular woot staff just happens to see this question, it won't get anything done. I like JW, and he's a quick fix for a lot of problems, but this one isn't his.

[Edit] I don't mean to sound cross, but sometimes I think people forget about the forums over on Woot (and I admit that it's usually easier to get help over here).

@shrdlu: believe me, I don't take offense to anything you said, in reality I'm glad that you said it. I still consider myself a noob on deals.woot, so it's good that there are people who have been on here longer who actually know the right ways of handling problems. I guess I just made the mistake of thinking that jumbowoot handled problems across all woot sites.

@captainsuperdawg: Hey, it's okay to think of @jumbowoot as a superhero. Sometimes he is. :-D

It's just that when someone is looking for a solution, for certain things it's just MUCH easier to use the standard mechanisms, and for all woot branded sites except for Deals (and possibly Sellout), the mechanism is to use the forums, and to send email to service@woot.com.

Those are some pretty nice and helpful folks on the other end of that address, as long as you remember that they work sensible hours, and aren't there on the weekends. I'm pointing these things out because sooner or later, someone is going to ask again, and maybe they'll find this question first.

Email addresses, and when to use each one.

The forums are often helpful, too, although questions on the forums sometimes seem to get lost in the general noise.
