Front, back, or side-How do Wooters sleep at night?
I'm a left-side or back sleeper. Sometimes I can sleep for a little bit on my right side, but it's not as comfy to me. I started wondering about this the other day, because one of the girls at work is pregnant and was lamenting not being able to sleep on her stomach anymore. I tried the stomach thing just to see-so uncomfortable to me. So how do you sleep?

Just not back. I can sleep in nearly any position other than on my back or directly on my stomach (makes it hard to breathe) although I do prefer to sleep on my right side.
It really depends on the type of day I've had. Sometimes I sleep on my back if it's hard to go to sleep and when my bad shoulder feels a little wonky, I'll sleep on my right side. When I am really exhausted, I'll zonk out on the couch in the recovery/rescue position. I learned about it in a first aid class and it is quite comfortable.
When I have been doing a lot of physical labor and my lower back takes a beating, sometimes it feels really good to sleep on my tummy. It's hard to describe unless it has happened to you, but it can feel great.
I'm all over the place swinging elbows and kicking.
@gideonfrost: lol I feel for your spouse. I'm thinking seperate beds?
@captainsuperdawg: Are you right handed? I'm wondering if that has something to do with it-I'm a lefty so I tend to chose left for most things.
@minxa1: I'm not married but my girlfriend does complain sometimes.
@curtisuxor: what's the recovery/rescue position?
I sleep curled up on my side -doesn't matter which one usually. Sometimes, when I feel the need the cuddle with something, I'll sleep mostly on my stomach with my head and right side of my torso on my pillow. If I'm really tired, I can fall asleep in most positions, mostly because I'm too out of it to get more comfortable.
@minxa1: I am, but I don't think that necessarily makes a difference. I'm beginning to favor my left side more an more, so I don't know.
Sleep?!? Wooters don't sleep!
I lay on my back to relax my lower back until I start to feel sleepy, then I roll over and lay on my stomach.
I make every attempt to sleep on my back, then roll to my sides. And if I really can't sleep I'll turn over onto my stomach - but it's horrible for my back.
@oo7slice: We do when there isn't a Woot-Off going on.
I am a stomach sleeper. When I sleep. insomniac
@oo7slice & @captainsuperdawg: Yes to the sleeping except during a woot-off, but don't forget that a lot of us stay up till midnight Texas Time, too.
Until fairly recently, it was either on my stomach or not at all. Now, back. I have no idea why. New bed, maybe?
@pyxientx: I'm up til about 4am Texas time, I think. If they're central (which would explain why they update at midnight central time), then yes, 4am Texas time.
@captainsuperdawg: I sleep about an hour, if I am lucky. 4AM is coffee time. When the house is quite, and even my dogs are asleep. And, yes, Texas is in the Central Time zone. I happen to live here. You must be on the West Coast.
@pyxientx: Nope, not on the West Coast. Matter of fact, if I can drive less than 2 hours in the right direction and I'll end up in the Eastern time zone. I just don't know what time zone Texas would be in. I thought it would be central, but there was always the possibility it was something else.
I mostly can only fall asleep on my stomach. Sometimes I can do my side but then I will wake up with arm asleep. I cannot fall asleep at all on my back. It is a comfortable position for me, but for some reason when I lay on back, my mind stays too active to be able to fall asleep.
Right side sleeper all the way. Woot even hooked me up with a special side-sleeper pillow! (Awesome, btw)
@curtisuxor: looks like how I sleep when I'm in cuddle mode, except if I fall asleep on my hand, it falls asleep, too. Not fun.
