Yeah I'm skipping sleep tonight. I have a sleeping problem though, it kinda sucks but I can go with out sleep for days! I know it cant be good for me but I feel like I get so much more done.

When 4am rolls around, i usually just get up and try to make the best of it. I have to be at work at 7.

I believe it's called, nightly and daily. I work on very little, if any, sleep.

Below four hours is pretty much "well, try to catch a 20 minute nap and make the best of it" territory. I have enough issues with sleep that I try to just catch it where I can and no sleep is worse than just a little sleep.

I had undiagnosed apnea (OSA) for years, and as a result, long sleep was never as refreshing as "cat naps." (Anything more than about three hours was no more refreshing than the three hours.) Now that I actually can get a good night's sleep, I've learned that seven hours is what I appear to need.

In light of that, I'd say 20 minutes or more is worth it. On nights when I'm doing something interesting (reading, wooting, watching TV, working, etc.) and I put off sleep, I'll usually try to get in at least an hour before heading to work or whatnot.

2 hours is my minimum. If I get less than 2 hours, then it's worse than no sleep. It takes several hours to be functional after that 2 hours as opposed to slowly crashing with no sleep.

Skipping entirely doesn't work for me. If I can doze even a little bit I can make it through the next day, but if I try to power through I'm completely useless by the afternoon.

For me I do well on a 2-3 hour nap until early evening and then I crash or more then 5 hours. I try to stay away from 4-5 hours because I end up waking up a train wreck feeling hung over and like I have not slept at all. So if I hit the window that it will turn into 4 hours sleep I then try to stay away for a bit longer and then just grab what is more like a nap.

Daily. I am an insomniac, so sleep is a rarity.

I need at least 5 hours. I don't have any problems getting that nightly.
