I wondered the same thing myself. I checked earlier and found 2 other offers on Amazon that were the same deal (6 14 oz mugs for $11.99) and they both changed to $19.95 as well. Anyone care to explain why? Maybe @jumbowoot could shed some light on this......

@jsimsace: I also submitted query to Woot Support. Hoping to hear back. Maybe they will still let us order them and give us an 8 dollar credit on out woot acct?

Amazon changes prices like the airlines. They always have. If a deal is posted by a member, it's fair game.
IF it was posted by Woot that's another story. I missed the mugs, so I don't know which was the case here.
Bummer either way.

"I was fixing to order these mugs" . . .

A fellow Southerner, I'd wager.

No false advertising here.
That price is no longer available.
The deal has expired.

All told.

12 hours later of course it expired. What happened to the last 90 minutes when it was valid as a sponsored deal?

@jsimsace: I suppose it would be considered an expired sponsored deal whenever the price changed.

@jumbowoot: well. Without mixing words and hiding behind what is obviously now, an expired timer to get in on the deal ...... In the future, if woot is going to be partnering with Amazon.... There should be an understanding for either amazon to hold off on raising the prices till the Woot clock expires or if they refuse .... Maybe woot should either back up the price guarantee or stop partnering with amazon if they can't play nice for 24 hours. It is aggravating to see jumbo woot's response saying "no false advertising here ..... The deal has expired ....." All Told!!! What's up with that? Great Customer Service there !! Nice!
