Already posted deals or duplicates: Do you vote them up?
Today I was going to post a deal when I noticed that some else had beat me to it. I immediately cancelled the deal and voted up the person who first posted it. My thinking is that if I thought the deal was deserving to be posted and someone beat me to it they deserve my vote.
Same goes for duplicates. While I try to have very few of these, sometimes the search doesn't show it properly, or I may have been a little lazy with my search - it happens (in my defense, sometimes you have to do MULTIPLE searches to see if your deal has already been posted). One example was a week or two ago when I posted a wal-mart power jeep deal that I quickly noticed was removed. I soon found that @jimeezlady had already posted earlier. Of course, I immediately gave her props for the deal.
So the easy answer for me is I always vote up the deal. And you?

I vote 'em up. If it deserves to be posted, it deserves to be upvoted.
I upvote of course.
Note that this question was posted a month ago here.
@baqui63: Thanks. I did not see that post, but of course, the OP received a vote from me.
@baqui63: That's hilarious. I think it is even ironic. But I am not very intelligent so I am not sure if it is ironic. But funny for sure. Well, at least a little funny.
Isn't it ironic that this question has been asked already?
Should I upvote it?
@cengland0: considering the fact that @banqui63 already posted the same thread you just did 3 hours ago I wouldn't vote my question up.
@cengland0: Is it ironic that I said it was ironic, then you re-posted that it was ironic when we are talking about the irony of a post that has been re-posted?
@mfladd: Oops, you're right that @banqui63 did post the link first. I didn't notice it because it said "here" and that was the only part of the link. I looked for a URL but didn't see one (didn't look hard enough obviously). Mine was more visible since it shows the whole URL.
Unfortunately I cannot delete my comment so it has to stay as it is.
