@narfcake: Thanks, nice site. However, I'm looking for smaller quantities like 15 max.

Try your local Dollar Tree. Or any everything is a dollar store. Mine has 5 packs for a buck. They also sell the bubbled envelopes. But, they have a rotating stock based on what their buyer can get, so they don't always have them

@sadsephiroth: I didn't even think about that, I will try it!

@liss: USPS 1st class. I use priority supplies all the time!

@jsoko: I've searched pretty hard for shipping supplies in the past, and ULine is a great company if you need (or can store) larger quantities.

Check out eBay: they used to have a lot of vendors selling shipping materials in smaller quantities.

For the very small quantity you need, though, you may find you have to resort to cardboard boxes.

I'd suggest USPS, UPS or Fedex. I'm sure there are some online shipping supply stores you could probably find through google.

Possibly even Staples or Office Depot. They have shipping supplies. If you need them sooner than later, that might be a better bet.

Get free shipping boxes at USPS, they ship at a flat rate

@sparky1991: As I stated, I'm looking for bags for First class. Not priority, I already use priority boxes. First class is cheaper when an item weights 13oz or less.

@sadsephiroth: My local Dollar stores are clueless. I tell them I'm looking for "shipping bags" or "thick plastic bags to use for shipping items"... They reply, "You want to do what?" or "Wait, what do you want?"

I second ebay as a source; I just checked and there are hundreds of auctions for smaller numbers of bags, some of which even offer free shipping.
