What's a good pair of cold weather motorcycle gloves?

Any recommendations for a pair of cold weather/Winter motorcycle gloves? I prefer gauntlet or full length gloves year round. The mid-weight pairs that I am wearing leaks air in around the seams.

Layering helps. I have a pair of North Face liners under my Icons.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.
