@gmwhit: You are so nice, that was the deal. I definitely want to extend an olive branch, I am the bad wooter referred to in the above tag, but I am not a snob, LOL. I don't want to further get you into the middle of this, and I just checked, and I still can't post to that deal. I would post my comment here, if you would post a link in that thread, but please tell me, if you are at all uncomfortable doing so, and I will wait until they post another deal and add it to that, instead. If it's not an inconvenience, may I run my mea culpa past your cooler head in an PM?

@drsilentg: Are you also pickypickypicky (the poster, not the attitude)?? I only know that you can go to the woot.forum here & then search (upper right corner) for the name of the poster you wish to PM. The search will come up w/posts that that person has made on woot.com, wine.woot.com & so on. You go to one of those posts & click on the envelope near their name. Only works on the main woot sites, not on deals. Never done it, and as I said, I have no idea how you're notified of receiving a PM.

@gmwhit: Well, that tears it, I am getting a server error when I try to PM you too, so unless I am banned from contacting anyone on that thread, which seems doubtful, then it is a tech problem. I will page the mods tomorrow, when there is a full staff, since this isn't exactly an emergency. Um, I mean, "WOOT! I WILL NOT BE SILENCED, BY YOUR EVIL INTERNET MAGIC!!!!!"
Thanks for being so helpful, and if you think I should let sleeping dogs lie, re: the original question, perhaps I shall. If I decide otherwise, I should be able to handle it myself, once this issue is fixed.

@pickypickypicky: Honestly, I do understand your desire to make things right in your own eyes. IMO, it's admirable, but not necessary. Possibly might envoke another unwanted response. I'm assuming that this has nothing to do w/woot and any actions they may have taken. Let that puppy take a long nap, okay?

@thunderthighs: OT, but I just had to tell you that I love your nick. Every time I see it, I smile. Am assuming you're a woman. ...But I think a man w/thunderthighs would be awesome. Maybe I'm thinking of Thor. Or something.

@gmwhit: You speak much wisdom, I will leave it alone. If the opportunity arises organically to do them a kindness, I shall. Talk about putting things into perspective, since I began this thread, I have put my friend and neighbor into an ambulance, with, hopefully, just a minor stroke. I am frazzled. In a couple of days, when I decompress, want to play with me and figure out this PM thing? If so, just page me here, or on any old thread.
