I can't afford anything, so nothing is within my budget, but because I have a fill station close by and I am also close to a Honda dealership (Civic GX), I would buy one.

Ideally I would have a CNG for long trips and a full-electric for daily use.

They really don't have the range to be someones only vehicle. But as a second car daily driver? Sure. Why not.

Currently electric cars are more efficient and out-perform compressed air cars.

Until some advancements are made that allow the cars to travel farther, faster, and more efficiently I would stick with an electric vehicle.
