"Top" and "Popular" are not the same. For example, items tagged #free, #sexy and #lingerie can become "Popular" (although these tags require a lot more votes.) but they are not allowed to be on "Top".

Although it does appear their phrasing is incorrect as some of the deals listed under "Fresh" are also on the "Popular" tab.

Out of curiosity, have you been absent from this site for a while?

I come here off and on - maybe I missed something important during the last revamp. I never realized there was a distinction between "top" and "popular", but is it even explained anywhere?

EDIT: In fact, the FAQ still refers to the first tab as "popular". Perhaps the site's documentation needs a little updating.
