The only huge exclusives I can think of are the Gears of War and Halo series. You can check out all the exclusives here if you want to. FYI, it's Wikipedia, so it may not be a full list or even 100% correct. You can check it out and see if any of those tickle your fancy enough to make you take the $250 plunge.

I suggest you wait until the next XBOX comes out... current XBOX 360 prices will drop and the new XBOX will probably have newer games that 360 won't.

I suggest waiting as well. It's almost summer, you don't want to buy a gaming system 6 or 7 months before they release a new one, especially when you have such nice weather to be doing stuff outdoors.

As to the games, some of the Kinect games are absolutely just lol fun. Especially if you have people to play them with.

new xbox won't be out this year. All the rumors about it are just that, rumors. At best it will be out around thanksgiving 2013
I expect mid-2014 in reality. don't wait!

While gossip surrounding the next Xbox has been churning around inside the rumour mill for a good few years now, there's no doubt that we're getting closer to learning some cold, hard facts.

It would be absolutely no surprise if the Xbox 720 - if it is indeed to be called that – were to launch in time for Christmas 2013. And with the increasing frequency of new rumours, reports and leaks, an official reveal from Microsoft cannot be too far away.

Many think that a 2014 release is more likely though, and Microsoft has already ruled out making any kind of announcement in relation to the next Xbox at E3 2012.

just get a used xbox off craigslist for under $100 and see how you like the system. If you don't like it, resell it and recoup most of your cash

The Gears of War series is a must. Alan Wake is a somewhat 360 exclusive as it's only on 360 and PC.

FWIW, I enjoyed the original gears of war game more on the PC than xbox 360. It had additional levels on the PC version that weren't in the xbox version.

@kamikazeken: Yeah, you got to fight a Brumack. Lucky!
I can't find a copy of that for less than $30.
