questionswhat should i buy, ultrabook or macbook air?

To get an ultrabook with equal specs as the Air, you won't be saving a lot of money. If you get the Air, you can run OS X and Windows until you're ready to ditch Windows completely. If you have any iDevices, you really need a Mac. Of course they work with Windows...kinda, but from what I understand it's an exercise in frustration. Kind of like Windows in general.

Hardware-wise it's really difficult to go wrong with the Macbook Air. Also, it will run Windows just fine via Bootcamp.

I'd go with the MacBook Air since it's more versatile and runs the OS I prefer anyway.
