Your previous question had very insightful tips and suggestions as to why and how to correct it. If you still feel that isn't what is truly wrong and there has been an issue in which Woot! needs to respond then feel free to email service@woot.com. I am sure they would love to assist you further. Thank you for stopping by deals.woot.com. Have a great day.

When posting, it's important to structure the post correctly and provide appropriate information. In the subject line put, "Syma 107 wobbling and hitting its own blade in flight". (Assuming my assumption of your model is correct. Otherwise insert the appropriate make/model.)
In the main body of the post, clarify the situation with as much detail as possible, but be concise. Provide the full model number there as well.
Furthermore, it's possible people, on the forum, will have followup questions. When responding, do so in the original thread (question) you create. Making a new one is detrimental to the process.
