Got a GPS my son needs for half price. That would be my best deal.

Well, second best cause first place would go to NOT going out in the crowds last night or early this morning.

didn't head out until about 2 PM, got an $80+ shark euro pro steam mop for $45 at lowes. Target ad has it for $49, lowes sale price is $79, so since they beat all competitor ads by 10%, $49 - 10% approximately $48 after tax.

also got several copies of xbox kinect dance central 2 for $15 at target, price matched to walmart's ad

Super King had pork chops for 0.89/pound and bananas for 0.20/pound. Also, a Robbie Lee shirt for $1.50 at 3 Way Thrift.

I suppose the 6' ladder at Lowes was a good deal too.

Yeah, that's about as much excitement I had today. Not dealing with any crowds FTW, still.

I got off work five minutes early. Yay

@captainsuperdawg: got two of the ladders at lowes, plan to resell for $30. Will price at $35 at my next garage sale, and let them haggle me down to $30.

I didn't go crazy. I'm not really willing to put in a whole lot of work...most of what I got was 20-25% off.

I got 2 games for 20 bucks off a piece. Though I really wanted that PS3 Holiday bundle.

I got a Brown corduroy sport coat for $40 down from $125. Getting ready to start teaching I figured I will have to dress the part. Now I just need an earth tone sweater and an apple and I think I will be good to go.

Been grabbing a bunch of good video game deals online from Amazon and Best Buy. Mostly older stuff that is getting cleared out for $5 or $10. Great deals like $7.99 for Fallout New Vegas and $11.99 for Super Street Fighter IV for 3DS.

The best deal I got was not on Black Friday, but was a 3DS for $129 on Wednesday from eBay. Now I have to return what I thought was an outstanding deal at Target. I loved that I save an extra $20, though.

appliances! not exactly the thing most people go for, but i'm just in the middle of renovating 3 apartment units - and was literally able to spend half my kitchen appliances budget... definitely a good black friday for me.

@goatcrapp: Agreed. Picked up a dryer at Lowes for $350, applied for a credit card, got another 5% off plus free ship/install/haul. Placed the order online Thanksgiving Day, they called me at 6 AM this morning (!!) to set up a delivery time, it will be delivered tomorrow. Hard to beat that deal.

I'd have to say the KitchenAid Mixers. Got 2 plus a crock pot and a few towels for about $210 after all the rebates and Kohl's cash. Works for me since I was probably going to pick things up from Kohl's anyway.

Ok, since this item is for me, I can share one good deal I found. Bought the refurbed Nook Color from the Barnes & Noble eBay store for $119. Had to pay tax but at least there's free shipping. Still cost less than $130 out the door, and not only am I happy, but the taxman is happy too.

best deal I got was to go home only half an hour after i was supposed to get off work! an hour and a half into one sale, half an hour before another started :P
I feel for those that worked triple shifts... just not enough to work that long without holiday pay like they got!

My husband's company gave him a waffle maker for being a 5 year employee - so a free waffle maker! (We made brownie waffles with vanilla bean ice cream and homemade whipped cream!) It beat the heck out of dealing with the public!

I go every year on Thanksgiving morning to KMart to buy the Tom McCann leather shoes I prefer for work on their half price sale. When I got them and a buggy full of other stuff to the register they were only ringing up at about 30% off. I told the cashier to just cancel them, in a friendly tone, I was just not going to pay more than the advertised price. She said, no, let me fix it and had her manager come give her an override and rang them up at half price. It wasn't till I got home that I realized they'd rung them up at 50% off the 30% off price, so I got two pair of leather office shoes for $17.50. I went back to the same KMart on BF and couldn't find the micromink sherpa throws that BFAds.net said would be $8.99, so I grabbed three marked $12.99 and asked the cashier (different one) to check as I'd seen them advertised for $8.99, and on the strength of my word alone she marked them down to $8.99.
