If it was something you bought from woot.com or one of woot's sites (home, tech, tools & garden, kids, etc. - the tabs at the top of the page-except deals) then write to support@woot.com. Be sure to mention the order number, your member name & what's wrong w/the item. They'll reply to you w/an email that has a case number. At that point you need to wait until you get further instructions from them.

If it's something you bought from this, the deals side, you need to contact the company you purchased it from.
