Kimi -- I saw you posted how you are trying to return a watch to Dillyeo. I purchased the same watch and had the same issue. I only was able to contact them from here: (312) 929-2633. If not, contact your bank and set up an affidavit to dispute the charge. Good luck.

I tried to dispute on paypal but it has been over 45 days so no luck there. They tell me to keep trying to communicate with the seller. I have tried calling that number and got an answering machine. I left a message and have not gotten a response so far. I even called during the times their website says. We ordered like 5 for gifts and are now out like $50...
if you used a credit card through paypal, you can still dispute the charge with your bank.

File a complaint directly with PayPal.
He is also a seller in ebay. Has a 100% feedback rating but I haven't received my product or any other communication from him yet. Thanks for the info.
