any info on the best blackberry plans or discount codes available?

I recently had a Blackberry Curve from att and used it for around 3 years...@ $120 per month after taxes and fees... I see that boost mobile offers the same service for $60.. but is it the same?
i need a new blackberry without breaking the bank. simple as that.
